Cancellations and Refunds:
Requests for refunds must be in writing and directed to Fran Horvath, CAIR Treasurer; Office of Institutional Planning and Communications; Naval Postgraduate School, 1 University Circle, Herrmann Hall 130, Monterey, CA 93943; or e-mail to rfhorvat@nps.edu; or fax to (831) 656-2370. All decisions on refunds are final. A full refund of any deposit or registration fees shall be made to each registered attendee for any event cancelled by the Association. Membership is non-refundable once the application is processed.
