This "hands-on" workshop will focus on the design of data collection
instruments as optical mark read forms utilizing the powerful and
flexible features of the Bubble Publishing Form Shop software. Learn
how to quickly and easily convert and organize your surveys into
opscannable forms at your own state-of-the-art Pentium III
workstation! The workshop will also include a demonstration on how
to scan surveys and perform immediate analysis of your survey data.
At the completion of this hands-on workshop, you will be able to
create your own customized opscannable surveys and questionnaires to
facilitate your data collection projects.
