Cancellations and Refunds:
Requests for refunds must be in writing and directed to CAIR's treasurer (Tongshan.Chang@ucop.edu) by September 28, 2011. No refunds will be made after that date except in cases involving the death or serious illness/injury of the conference registrant or an immediate family member, or in cases that are in the best interests of the California Association for Institutional Research. Approved refund requests are subject to a 25% processing fee. All decisions on refunds are final. Decisions about refund requests will be made after all conference expenses have been paid and are contingent upon availability of funds.
