All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or a first night’s room and tax deposit. You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 72 hours before your confirmed arrival date.

Full charge is due after 72 hours prior to your scheduled/confirmed arrival date. If you have made a prepayment, all or part of your prepayment will be retained. The fee equals 2 nights of your room charge plus tax (for the first and last nights of your reservation).

The hotel provides complimentary transportation FROM the San Diego International Airport between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.  Upon arriving, attendees requesting complimentary airport shuttle service must call the hotel directly at 619-297-5466.  For assistance TO the airport, based upon availability, there is a $10.00 per person fee.  Attendees must sign-up 24-hours prior to check-out with Guest Services to reserve seating on the shuttle.

As per the contract, overnight self-parking is $12.00/night and Valet parking is $17.00/day.  Day self-parking is complimentary.
